• The City of Durham must promote meritocracy in all its agencies and financially reward city employees that demonstrate merit in their duties.

• Our men and women in blue will be respected but held to an even higher level of accountancy in protecting our citizens by using best practices and continued training.

• Demand audits of both the City of Durham and Durham Public Schools.

• End the “free” pg.223 GoDurham bus service that the City of Durham implemented during 2020 using COVID funds initially but now using city resources to fund what was once a $1 ride.

• Require builders and developers to maintain clean worksites and preserve natural resources

• End spending Durham taxpayer dollars on projects that are useless and  waste money

• Work with Duke University to invest in Durham: after school programs, downpayment assistance support, expand CHANCE
